The Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy® works with the dairy industry to foster innovation and give consumers more of what they want, when and where they want it. Through this industrywide partnership, we can more effectively deliver nutritious dairy foods, beverages and ingredients for the health of people, communities and the earth.
Consumer Confidence committee
Dairy has a powerful story to tell consumers about delivering high-quality, safe and nutritious food and ingredients in a way that is socially, economically and environmentally responsible. The Consumer Confidence team protects and promotes dairy's value and wholesomeness in the marketplace. Land O’ Lakes, Inc., is a committee participant.
Food Safety committee
The Food Safety committee is dedicated to improving conditions within dairy processing and manufacturing to help mitigate food safety risks and safeguard consumer confidence in dairy.
Billions of pounds of unmet demand exist for dairy in the world today. The Globalization committee works to better understand the global dairy landscape so U.S. producers, processors and manufacturers can meet the needs of consumers worldwide.
Health and Wellness committee
The dairy industry always has considered the health and wellness benefits of its products to be key priorities and points of difference in the marketplace. The Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy® Health and Wellness committee helps focus the energy of the industry on opportunities to improve health by protecting and growing consumption of one of nature's most perfect foods — dairy.
Research and Insights committee
Offering the right products, in the right place, at the right time, in the right way makes good business sense. The Research and Insights committee helps the dairy industry understand what consumers want and provides the knowledge and tools needed for innovation by dairy brands.
The U.S. Dairy Sustainability Commitment builds on the legacy of farmers who have cared for the land for generations. Across the supply chain, the industry is working together to provide nutritious, responsibly produced and economically viable products.
