Kristi Spence MS, RD, CSSD
As the Dairy Council’s Senior Vice President, Kristi is a registered dietitian and board certified as a specialist in sport dietetics. She oversees all aspects of communications and industry relations for the Dairy Council. Originally hailing from Los Angeles, Kristi is not a farm native, but the knowledge she has gained working with dairy farmers and her on-farm experiences have instilled a passion for connecting people with the people, the land, and the cows behind the dairy foods they enjoy. Through all aspects of her job, her mission is to tell dairy farmers’ stories – from the farm to your table. Kristi loves cooking, hiking, running and spending time with her family.
Becky Low, MS
As a Vice President and Director of Nutrition Education, Becky provides nutrition research and educational materials for schools and serves as Utah's Fuel Up to Play 60 expert. She has played an active and leadership role in various local professional organizations including Action for Healthy Kids, Utah's School Nutrition Association, and the Utah Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance. Since 1995, Becky has also presented a weekly TV cooking segment on Utah's leading lifestyle show where she blends helpful cooking tips with practical recipes and nutrition education. Becky is well-known throughout the state as a valuable resource for consumer-centered nutrition education materials and creative recipes.
