Katie Brown is Senior Vice President at National Dairy Council, leading Scientific, Regulatory and Nutrition Affairs teams. In her role she manages strategic partner engagement and thought leader outreach about the benefits of dairy consumption in health promotion, disease prevention and consumer wellness.
Brown is a registered dietitian nutritionist and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition and a doctorate degree in education. She has been an author on many manuscripts published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at numerous national and international professional conferences and is a frequent contributor to popular and trade media.
