Maple-Dijon Salad Dressing

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Maple syrup

1 teaspoon Kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1 small lemon, juiced and zested

6 tablespoons olive oil


In a medium bowl, combine garlic, mustard, Maple syrup, salt, pepper, lemon juice and zest, and olive oil and whisk until emulsified. Drizzle over Fall Harvest Farmers Cheese Grain Bowl.
