Spanish Date Night

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) bag dried dates
  • 1/3 cup Mexican chorizo, cooked
  • 1/3 cup (3-ounces) cow's milk Manchego cheese, crumbled

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Stuff each date with 1/2 teaspoon of chorizo and 1/2 teaspoon of cheese; place on a baking sheet.  

3. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. 

Tips - Dates may be stuffed up to one day in advance.
