Directions:

Dressing Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Cover and refrigerate if made ahead.

Coleslaw Instructions

  1. Combine cabbage, apple, carrot, green pepper and green onion in a large bowl. Toss to mix.
  2. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to develop. Bring to room temperature and toss before serving. 
     

Note:

Garnish dish with sliced green onion, optional. Coleslaw is most enjoyable after sitting in the refrigerator for a few hours.
