Key Lime Yogurt Bars

Summer is lime time, and this Key Lime Yogurt Bar recipe knows how to take the day slow and easy. And cool. But emphasis on easy, because these are simple to make. First, bake a simple graham cracker crust. Next, whip up a creamy-fluffy combo of Greek yogurt and whipped topping with lime. It’s that simple. After spending quality time in the freezer, these bars have just the right amount of tart to make it worth sinking your teeth into. And it's one way to get some fruit into your day, thanks to its creator, Alex Hill–the foodie influencer behind Just Add Hot Sauce.

Tips

If you want to level up this simple recipe, break out the food processor and pulverize a handful of pistacchios or pecans. Mix 1 1/2  tablespoons of the dust with the crushed graham crackers. Toss in a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and that crust just got fancy!
