Mark Ingram’s Sorbet Smackdown Smoothie

A surprise appearance of orange sorbet turns NFL player Mark Ingram’s nutritious smoothie into a total touchdown!


  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 small banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup orange sorbet 
  • 1 cup pineapple juice 
  • 1 teaspoon honey 
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 1 scoop whey protein 


Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! Makes two servings.
