Cam Jordan’s Kickoff Kale Smoothie

You haven’t seen a mean, green smoothie like this before—NFL player Cam Jordan’s recipe takes it All. The. Way.


  • 2 cups of kale chopped
  • 1 cup cow’s milk 
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple pieces, frozen (could substitute another type of frozen fruit)
  • 2 teaspoons honey 
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed


Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! Makes two servings.
