Emily Radlowski

Emily Radlowski, Ph.D., RDN, LDN, is the former Director of Scientific Affairs for National Dairy Council and was responsible for translating and communicating important research for thought leaders, healthcare professionals, and the public. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and received her Doctorate in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where her research focus was pediatric nutrition and immune system development. Before joining the National Dairy Council, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign conducting research on pediatric neurocognitive development. She is an active member of several nutrition and scientific organizations.
