Berry Dairy Delicious smoothie recipe

Makes 1 Serving

Fruit, cauliflower and dairy join forces in food blogger and author Catherine McCord’s Berry Dairy Delicious smoothie recipe. Milk and yogurt make this smoothie a simple way to get protein, calcium, and vitamins A and D.


  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 1/3 cup low fat or 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh strawberries around the rim and a sprinkle of bee pollen


  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth
  • Pour smoothie into a glass
