Ingredients
2 cups Fat-free or low-fat milk
1 cup Low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 Large bananas
Dash vanilla extract
10 crushed almonds
1 cup (more or less as needed) ice cubes
Instructions
In a blender container combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
